Notes hannahmin: Let me preface this by saying that Ty Burrell's Phil Dunphy on "Modern Family" is one of the more underrated characters...hsym:
A lot of laughs from Modern Family are often attributed to Sophia Vergara and Eric Stonestreet, when Ty really has the best lines.
